Terms of Service

Second Vision (the "Service") is operated by Hidden Builders ("we", "us"). The Service offers quick cognitive games, self-assessment frameworks, and AI-generated pattern insights that help you explore how you think.

The Service is provided for entertainment and self-development purposes only. It is not a medical, psychological, or psychiatric service. Game results, assessment outputs, and AI insights are not a clinical diagnosis and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you are concerned about your mental health, please consult a licensed professional.

You create an account by signing in with your Google account. (Accounts created earlier with a phone number or email address remain supported.) You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account, email, and devices secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Some features are unlocked with tokens, which can be purchased in the app, and some are included with an optional subscription. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers: Razorpay (for payments in INR) and Dodo Payments (for international payments). We do not store your card or payment details; they are handled by the payment provider.

Tokens have no cash value, are not transferable outside the Service, and are not redeemable for money except where required by law.

Refunds: a token-pack purchase that is completely unspent can be refunded within 14 days of purchase by contacting support at the address below. Tokens that have been partially or fully spent are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals; payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

Parts of the Service (such as pattern insights) use artificial intelligence models to generate content. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. It reflects patterns in your inputs and gameplay, not professional judgment. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, financial, or other high-stakes decisions.

The Service may let you invite other people to join challenges, games, or social features. You agree to only invite people who you reasonably believe are willing to receive your invitation, and not to use the Service to harass or spam anyone.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (such as responses, reflections, and messages). You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service — to store, process, and display your content to you and, where you choose (for example, shared profiles), to the people you share it with.

The Service itself — including games, assessments, branding, and software — is owned by Hidden Builders and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or interfere with its operation.
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the Service.
• Misrepresent your identity when using social or challenge features.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual-property and liability provisions) survive.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that insights will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hidden Builders will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service, and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer-protection law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your place of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, in the app or by email). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
