Assessments That Complement Pattern

Use self-report frameworks to add context, language, and self-view depth. Assessments are not the whole product. They work best when paired with the behavioral signal layer.

Why Assessments Come Second

Each assessment framework captures a different slice. The Big Five gives you trait language. The Enneagram points at motivation. Attachment explains relationship expectations. RIASEC and Ikigai help with direction and work fit.

That is useful context, but it is still self-report. Pattern uses assessments as supporting lenses so your self-description can be compared with what shows up in play and, later, how others experience you.
